Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Development Lead with strong expertise in ReactJS, Elastic Search, AWS OpenSearch, and basic SQL understanding. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in front-end development and AWS services, along with a proven track record of leading onsite and offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Lead and manage the development team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS.
  • Implement and manage search solutions using Elastic Search and AWS OpenSearch.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.
  • Utilize front-end technologies including Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS for responsive web design.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and others.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of development experience with a focus on web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS and front-end development.
  • Expertise in Elastic Search and AWS OpenSearch.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and others.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proven experience leading onsite and offshore development teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of modern development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
