With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our SaaS based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience.

Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Design Lead with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) to join our team at Credgenics. The ideal candidate will lead the design team, craft user-centric experiences, and ensure our product offers intuitive, effective, and innovative solutions for clients. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:● UX Strategy & Vision: Define a user-focused design vision; conduct research, develop personas, and map user journeys.● Team Leadership: Mentor designers, oversee deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs), and promote design best practices.● Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align business goals with design.● Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for continuous improvement.● Design System: Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistent branding and usability

Requirements:● Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, HCI, or related fields.● Experience: 5+ years in UX design (2+ in leadership), with B2B SaaS or fintech experience preferred.● Skills: ○ Strong portfolio showcasing B2B UX design.○ Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).○ Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), user research, and usability testing.○ Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.● Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication.
