We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions, ensuring delivery excellence across domains like e-commerce, healthcare, finance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations effectively.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

  • Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and user stories.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use cases as needed.

Project Management Support:

  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery and scope alignment.
  • Use PM tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana for tracking tasks, managing sprints, and reporting progress.
  • Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure final deliverables meet client expectations.

Domain Expertise:

  • Good understanding of domains such as e-commerce , healthcare , finance , and inventory management systems .
  • Ability to quickly grasp industry-specific business processes and regulatory considerations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services or software development environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to international client communication and remote project collaboration.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of APIs, databases, and technical constraints in development.
