ERP & Replenishment Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage inventory planning, replenishment, and business analytics for our beauty brand. The role requires strong skills in data analysis, demand forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the right products are available at the right time across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze sales, inventory, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports on sell-through, stock cover, channel performance, and category trends.
• Provide insights to Marketing, Ecommerce, and Category teams to drive strategic decisions.
• Track competition (pricing, assortment, new launches) and highlight gaps or opportunities.

2. Replenishment & Inventory Planning

• Develop accurate demand forecasts by SKU, channel, and region.
• Manage replenishment cycles across marketplaces, brand website, and offline partners.
• Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and expiry risks.
• Monitor stock ageing and initiate liquidation or promotional plans where needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and operations teams for timely dispatch and replenishment.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with the Ecommerce team to align stock with promotions, sales events, and launches.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure sufficient inventory for campaigns, new launches, and influencer-driven spikes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Category teams to align inventory with revenue and margin goals.

4. Tools & Reporting

• Use advanced Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and marketplace dashboards for daily tracking.
• Automate reports and build models for forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Maintain MIS reports for management review.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Analytics, Replenishment, or Supply Chain roles (preferably in Beauty, FMCG, or E-commerce).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment planning.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, etc.) and offline GT/MT channels.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
