Responsibility:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cloud Solutioning and DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing principles, DevOps methodologies, and extensive hands-on experience across multiple cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a strong leader with a passion for automation and continuous improvement. Prior experience with deploying and managing AI/ML projects is a significant plus.
This is a full-time on-site customer-facing role located in Hyderabad for a Lead Cloud Solutioning and DevOps Engineer with following responsibilities:
Architect Cloud Solutions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures tailored to AI/ML workloads using platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI.
Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end solutioning process, including requirements gathering, system design, integration, and deployment.
Optimization & Performance: Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all cloud solutions comply with industry standards and best practices for security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers to align cloud strategies with product development. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and updates.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends. Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and services to enhance our cloud infrastructure.
Requirements/Eligibility:
Educational and Industry Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in cloud engineering or solutions architecture.
Technical:
Proven expertise in designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance standards in the cloud.
Experience deploying and managing AI/ML models in production environments.
Strong background in DevOps methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Strong understanding of cloud security governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Stackdriver).
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and optimize resource utilization.
Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-quality, innovative cloud-based solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
Other Skills:
This client-facing role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as a professional demeanor and presentation.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative setting, showcasing a history of successfully partnering with cross-disciplinary teams to drive project milestones and innovation.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, paired with a proven ability to navigate complex projects both autonomously and as part of a team, consistently meeting and exceeding tight deadlines.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate)
Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect Professional
