Weare seeking a talented and experienced Website Designer/WordPressDeveloper with 13 years of experience to join our team. The idealcandidate should have a strong understandingof UI design andWordPress with a focus onwebsite design and SEOoptimization . As a Website Developer youwill be responsible for creating visually appealing anduserfriendly websites while ensuring they are optimized for searchengines.Responsibilities :
  • Expertisein designing highquality graphics and impactful visual content forwebsite.
  • Develop andmaintain WordPressbasedwebsites.
  • Design& Develop visually stunning and responsive websites thatalign with Datoms Product vision
  • Customize WordPressthemes and plugins to meet specific projectneeds.
  • Collaboratecontent creators and other team members to ensure seamlessintegration of design andfunctionality.
  • Conductthorough SEO analysis and implement strategies to optimize websitesfor searchengines.
  • Monitorwebsite performance identify issues and implement solutions toimprove site speed usability and overall SEOranking.
  • Stay updatedon the latest web development trends technologies and SEO bestpractices.
  • Providetechnical support and troubleshooting for existing websites asneeded.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development or a relatedfield.
  • 13 years ofproven experience working as a Web UI Designer/WordPress Developeror similarrole.
  • Proficiency inWordPress development including theme and plugin developmentcustomization andmaintenance.
  • Coreexperience in software such as Photoshop Illustrator XDFigma.
  • Understandingof HTML CSSJavaScript.
  • Experiencewith responsive and mobilefirst designprinciples.
  • Solidunderstanding of SEO principles and bestpractices.
  • Familiaritywith SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search ConsoleSEMrush etc.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  • Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
