Laravel Developer

Skills Required Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Laravel, or CodeIgniter. Good of have Wordpress development. Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5. Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming. Previous experience creating scalable applications. Proficient with code versioning tools like Git. Familiarity with SQL/MySQL databases (any other DB is an added advantage.) Ability to project manage. Good problem-solving skills.Roles and Responsibilities Conducting analysis of website and application requirements. Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules. Developing back-end portals with an optimized database. Troubleshooting application and code issues. Integrating data storage solutions. Responding to integration requests from front-end developers. Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications. Updating and altering application features to enhance performance. Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols Stay up-to-date with new technology trendsDesired Candidate Profile   2 - 5 years programming experience in developing web apps. Experience in developing mobile apps   would be a bonus. Front-End development with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, JSON and XML Strong knowledge of database modelling and design Strong experience in API design and REST-based services Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture would be a bonus Have a Self-directed work ethic with attention to detail and good communication skills API Integration and extension development for 3rd party applications e.g WordPress.
