Job Title : Graduate Trainee - Innovation & Technology (Creative)

Location : Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurugram

Working Days: 5 days/week in the office

Experience : A fresher or at least 3 months of experience in a creative or innovation-focused role within a creative agency or similar environment.

Job Purpose:

Dentsu is seeking a young, passionate, and innovative Creative Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of creativity and technology , continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the advertising world. You will be involved in projects that seamlessly combine imaginative concepts with emerging technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Embedded Systems to craft extraordinary and immersive experiences.

Your expertise in technologies like Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, IoT (Internet of Things), Robotics, and Processing.js will play a crucial role in driving innovative projects and technical advancements. Key Accountabilities

Innovation and Conceptualization:

• Develop innovative ideas and concepts that integrate technology with creative storytelling.
• Explore and experiment with new technologies to find novel ways to engage audiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate unique and visionary ideas for campaigns.

Technology Integration:

• Work with technologies such as AR, VR, MR, AI, ML, and Embedded Systems to develop immersive and interactive experiences.
• A strong understanding and hands-on experience with technologies such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, IoT (Internet of Things), Robotics, and Processing.js , enabling the creation of innovative projects and driving technical developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to bring creative concepts to life.
• Stay updated with the latest technological trends and suggest ways to incorporate them into projects.

Presentation and Articulation:

• Develop compelling presentations that effectively communicate creative ideas and technological solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical team members and clients.
• Demonstrate strong storytelling abilities in both written and verbal communications.

Project Collaboration:

• Work closely with the creative, technical, and account management teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
• Participate in the creative development process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that all technological aspects are aligned with the creative vision.

Continuous Learning and Development:

• Show a passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.
• Regularly update skills and knowledge in emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
• Share insights and knowledge with the team to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

Professional Skills:

• Experience: A fresher or at least 3 months of experience in a creative or innovation-focused role within a creative agency or similar environment.
• Technology Savvy: Strong interest in and understanding of new technologies such as AR, VR, MR, AI, ML, and Embedded Systems. Basic knowledge of programming languages, software tools, and platforms relevant to the role. A strong understanding of technologies such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, IoT (Internet of Things), Robotics, and Processing.js , is required.
• Creativity: Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Passion for Innovation: A genuine passion for exploring new technologies and finding innovative ways to integrate them into creative projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Other Requisites:

• We are ONLY considering candidates who are seeking full-time positions and are comfortable with work-from-office arrangements .
• The selected trainee will be required to bring their laptop to work .
• Commitment to work for the 6-month duration is mandatory .
• Salary offered : 15K per month
