Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth ESG assessments of portfolio companies, including on-site visits, interviews, and analysis of financial and operational data.Develop and implement ESG scoring and rating methodologies to assess the performance of portfolio companies.Collect, analyze, and manage ESG data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Support investor engagement and reporting, preparing comprehensive ESG reports and responding to investor inquiries.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into investment decision-making processes.Conduct research on emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, identifying opportunities and challenges.Contribute to ESG-related content, such as blogs, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability, finance, or environmental studies.2-4 years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles within financial institutions or consultancies.Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in additional international languages a plus.Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.A results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of delivering on goals.
