Responsibilities:

1. **Knowledge Base Management:**

- Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of the SAP knowledge base, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information.

- Implement and manage a structured taxonomy for SAP-related content to enhance searchability.

2. **Content Development and Documentation:**

- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to create comprehensive documentation for SAP processes, configurations, and best practices.

- Develop user guides, manuals, and FAQs to support SAP end-users and IT teams.

3. **Training and Onboarding:**

- Collaborate with training teams to develop SAP training materials for end-users and ensure the availability of updated resources.

- Assist in the onboarding process for new SAP users by providing access to relevant documentation and training materials.

4. **Continuous Improvement:**

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in SAP-related processes and knowledge sharing.

- Implement feedback mechanisms to capture user insights and enhance the quality of the knowledge base.

5. **SAP Release Management:**

- Stay informed about SAP updates, releases, and new features.

- Coordinate with SAP administrators to ensure that relevant documentation is updated in alignment with SAP releases.

6. **Knowledge Sharing Initiatives:**

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and forums to encourage collaboration among SAP users.

- Develop and implement initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning within the SAP community.

7. **Quality Assurance:**

- Conduct regular audits of the knowledge base to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance of content.

- Implement and maintain quality standards for SAP documentation.

8. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, IT, and business units, to gather and organize SAP-related knowledge.

Job Requirements Details:

- Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in SAP knowledge management or a related role.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with SAP training and documentation tools.

Experience in Automation.
