Job Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiter who will ensure candidates have an exceptional experience throughout our recruitment process. We're looking for a skilled communicator with a keen understanding of people, capable of developing and executing top-tier hiring strategies.
Your Impact on the Mission:
Managing recruitment efforts for two streams - local tech team and HQ global positions.Collaborating and building relationships with local hiring managers and CEOs.Delivering hires across tech and non-tech roles to support company's global expansion.Refining and developing the interview process to enhance assessment quality while optimizing the candidate experience.Maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates for future hiring needs.Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates, positioning Noventiq as the employer of choice.Managing the offer process and securing candidates.Consistently ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.Applying modern sourcing and recruitment strategies.Supporting HQ team in global HR projects.
What You’ll Bring to The Table – About You:
1+ years of proven work experience in the recruitment field.Experience with ATS.Tech or global talent acquisition background is an advantage.Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.Data-driven mindset and high attention to detail.Experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.Fluency in English and strong communication skills (written and oral).
