Our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team leverages data-driven insights using technology including AI and ML and experience to ensure clients maximize the value of their transactions. We provide comprehensive buy-side and sell-side due diligence by thoroughly analyzing and assessing financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the target company’s financial health, including historical performance, quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital and net debt.
Analytics: Use of Data analytics to evaluate accuracy of business data. Run machine learning and statistical models to identify outliers.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities associated with transactions, providing clients with actionable insights.
Strategic Evaluation: Evaluate the financial implications of strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with clients’ business objectives.
Collaboration : Work closely with legal, tax, and other advisory teams to ensure a holistic due diligence process.
Reporting : Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for clients.
Financial Modeling: Develop and utilize financial models to support transaction analysis and valuation.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Professional Certifications :
CA intern/Semi qualified CA as analyst
CA, CPA, CFA, CA and/or MBA as manager and above.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities to assess financial statements, identify key trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to clients.
Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Proficiency in complex problem-solving using data-driven insights, accounting, and finance knowledge.
Technical Proficiency : Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and relevant software tools.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
Experience : 0-1 year
Previous experience in financial due diligence, audit, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions is a plus.
