We are looking for an Director – Programmatic based out of Gurgaon who will be responsible for end-to-end client campaign management from strategy development to execution of a campaign.Responsibilities: Understand the Indian digital ecosystem and formulate a robust strategy for client campaignsWork on budget bifurcation across various platforms keeping key considerations like impact and reach while preparing the overall strategy.Discuss campaign strategy and execution plan with Business team to align it with the overall integrated media planOversee end-to-end campaign deployment and execution on a daily basis through regular monitoring and tracking.Work closely with the client’s creative agency to deliver on the expected deliverables and address any challenges related to campaign execution.Conduct regular review meetings with the client and business team to discuss campaign progress and share optimization recommendations and data.Suggest new ideas and innovations to the client basis ongoing developments in the evolving digital landscape.Maintain and build relationships with key vendors and partners/ platforms/ publishers.Drive cross functional exchange of knowledge and expertise within the team.Seek new partnerships and opportunities with clients and vendors on an ongoing basis.Qualification MBA/ Master’s in Business ManagementAbove 8 years of experience requiredExcellent Written and Verbal Communication SkillsExperience with advanced usage of Keyword and Reach Planner, Performance Planner, Audience Insights etc.Excellent Analytical and Presentation SkillsEye for Detail and AccuracySkilled in Client and Team Management.
