Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners.
  • Manage CPL, CPS, CPA, and CPI campaigns to meet performance targets.
  • Identify new opportunities and onboard affiliates to expand the network.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize conversions, and ensure ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

Requirements

For Freshers:

  • Strong interest in sales & digital marketing.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing will be a plus.

For Experienced (13 years):

  • Proven experience in affiliate sales / performance marketing.
  • Strong network of affiliates and publishers.
  • Hands-on experience in managing campaigns (CPL, CPS, CPA, CPI).
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize performance.
  • Excellent client and relationship management skills.
