We are inviting applications for the role of

AVP, Master Black BeltIn this role, you will be responsible for leading the improvement agenda for the account to deliver business impact for clients by improving business processes, solving problems, and motivating change within the organization using relevant LSS & digital tools and methodology along with leading a team of Black Belts.You must be curious and courageous to challenge the status quo with an eye for detail.You should be comfortable to work with cross functional teams.ResponsibilitiesProgram manage the design & delivery of the continuous improvement roadmap for the aligned focused accountsIndependently lead high impact projects to deliver prioritized business outcomesIdentify opportunities for value creation, revenue generation/ assurance for client and GenpactOwn & deliver on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts through CI leverCoach and develop talent in the function through LSS DNA building and engagement drivesIdentify digital led transformation opportunities in existing relationshipsDe-risk operations through deployment of Risk Control & Best Practice frameworkLead a team of Black Belts and ensure resource alignment for relevant prioritized opportunitiesQualifications we seek in youMinimum qualificationsGraduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ DigitalRelevant experience in working with relevant function in growing organizationsGood communication and analytical skillsHas prior experience of working in global cross functional teams and with senior stakeholdersFinancial acumen - Understands commercial aspects and is able to build a business case for change delivering significant value impacting B/S or P/LHas working knowledge of MS officePreferred qualificationsResult oriented, Works with speed to translate strategy into “actionable” and achieve resultsHas led a team of managers/ senior managers, preferredPrior experience in having led projects – Digital, Domain led, consulting, analytics, Design Thinking preferredPrior experience in LSS/ GB certification/ has driven continuous improvements in his/ her previous experienceShared service experience, Domain authority in F&A processes or Banking, preferredCandidate ought to be flexible with work timingsGenpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
