In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end brand management – from positioning and proposition to campaigns, budgets, and P&L ownership.Your responsibilities will include:Brand Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute brand strategies in alignment with corporate and marketing objectives.- Define brand proposition, positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotions.- Lead ATL & BTL planning and execution to deliver value propositions effectively.P&L & Budget Management- Manage brand P&L including media plans, trade plans, and consumer experience initiatives.- Develop annual brand budgets and track expenditures against plan.Cross-functional & Agency Collaboration- Work with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Communication teams to support brand requirements.- Partner with advertising, media, and research agencies for brand campaigns and media planning.Market Development & Insights- Support new product development (NPD) by working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define launch strategies, and ensure effective go-to-market execution.- Drive market entry strategies for untapped geographies based on intelligence and research.- Monitor competitor activity, conduct retail audits, and analyze brand performance.- Conceive and implement trade promotions, consumer activations, and PR activities.Team Leadership & Capability Building- Provide strategic guidance to Brand Managers/ABMs in developing marketing plans and executions.- Ensure capability development and training for team members.- Promote a performance-driven culture within the brand team.What we are looking for?- Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in Marketing from a premier B-school.- 7–10 years of experience in Marketing with at least 2–3 years in a similar senior brand role.- Proven expertise in brand strategy, consumer marketing, ATL/BTL planning, and P&L management.- Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.What will make you successful?- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans.- Media & Branding Expertise: Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, PR, and promotional campaigns.- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market intelligence and retail audits to guide decisions.- Leadership & Communication: Capable of guiding teams, aligning stakeholders, and inspiring execution.- Result Orientation: Track record of meeting brand growth, profitability, and equity objectives.Ready to Make an Impact?Apply now and be part of shaping some of India’s most loved brands with Emami Ltd.
