Real Estate Private Equity Analyst

  1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis

  • Develop sophisticated and dynamic Excel models to underwrite acquisitions, including sensitivity analyses, IRRs, equity multiples, and cash flow scenarios across various capital structures
  • Analyze real estate opportunities (primarily commercial office and industrial/warehousing) through rigorous underwriting and market diligence.
  • Deconstruct third-party developer models and challenge key assumptions (costs, yields, rents, timelines).

Fundraising & GP Business Planning

  • Prepare and manage quarterly GP-level business plans used for fundraising and board presentations.
  • Coordinate closely with legal teams and advisors on preparation of fund documentation such as the PPM, term sheets, and other investor materials.

Due Diligence & Deal Execution

  • Lead onboarding and coordination with consultants for legal, technical, tax, and commercial due diligence.
  • Assist in reviewing transaction documentation, managing timelines, and supporting closing processes.

Strategic Reporting & Asset Monitoring

  • Support in crafting high-quality investment committee presentations and internal strategy memos.

Maintain performance tracking dashboards and contribute to strategic decision-making post-acquisition.
