Responsible for connecting with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition process on Darwinbox. Assist in driving the full spectrum of recruiting from sourcing, screening, coordination and selection activities. Identifying and partnering with external vendor partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, campus recruitment and job fairs. Conduct preliminary interviews with incumbents to gauge their interest and overall role fitment as per the requirement. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and HR Operations team Essential Skills: 3-5 years of experience in technical/ manufacturing hiring. Well versed with job portals (Naukri, ) Proficient in MS Office & Recruitment Management System Good interpersonal and networking skills
