Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The BDM will play a key role in expanding the client base and promoting our recruitment services across targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to closing the deal and ensuring successful handover to the delivery team.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure the clients requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
  • Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity.

Desired profile of the candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and staffing industry trends is a plus.

MBA freshers with good communication skills and apply too

Experienced candidates must have at least 2 yrs experience in Business development in a Recruitment firm.
