Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Anna Nagar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and developing data-driven solutions that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop business cases, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Preparing daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS report.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on performance trends.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹420,000.00 per year
