Hence, we seek passionate individualsready to innovate, flapping their wings outside of the traditional 9-to-5 scheduleKey Responsibilities- Supervise and manage front office operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations.- Ensure a seamless guest experience through proactive service and efficient issue resolution.- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to achieve performance and service standards.- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.- Maintain accuracy in billing, night audit reports, and daily operational documentation.- Monitor occupancy, room revenue, and key hotel performance indicators (ARR, ADR, RevPAR).- Enforce SOPs, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and conduct routine audits.- Act as the primary in-charge during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and professional operations.
