What are we broadly expecting :-The MIS Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the company processes and the availability of accurate data for decision-making. This position involves managing, analyzing, and optimizing various operational activities and systems to enhance productivity and streamline business operations.

Job Role and KRA :-

Data Management and Analysis:

-Collect, compile, and maintain data related to various aspects of the organization's operations (i.e Closing Report, Sales Reports,Varinace, Complaints Report Etc.)-Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.-Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.

2. Operational Support:

-Collaborate with different departments to understand their operational needs and provide support as required.-Monitor and assess operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies (.i.e.,track The Orders or Cancellations on POS)-Propose and implement process improvements and workflow enhancements.

3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:-Implement quality assurance measures to maintain data accuracy and consistency.-Ensure that compliances are followed across each city and store as per set process in ERP

4. Communication and Coordination:

-Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding operational matters.

5. Problem Solving:

-Identify operational challenges and proactively find solutions to address them.- Respond to operational issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and Preferred Qualifications and Experience:-Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree in data managementExperience of at least 1-3 yearsExperience with an Ice Cream processing facility will be given preferencesMust have hands-on excellent experience in Excel and Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent decision-making abilitiesAbility to oversee multiple projects at onceExcellent practical knowledge of MIS tools, programs, and ideas like ERP, CRM, ERP, etc.Excellent diagnostic abilities and meticulous attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work in shifts as required to support schedules and special events.
