Associate / Senior Associate, ReconciliationLocation: Mumbai/BangaloreDepartment: Fund ServicesVacancy Type: PermanentWork Timings: EMEA/AmericasWork Mode: Hybrid

The position:Perform Cash, Position, Market value, OTE, OTC recon. Involved in resolution of breaks – liaison with fund, counterparties, & Prime Brokers. Ensure error free and timely daily support/ deliverables. Liaison with internal and external PB/Custodians for information. Book entries in accounting system. Perform client bespoke reports. Business process improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:Good knowledge of capital markets in reconciliation for cash, position, market value, OTE, OTC reconciliationProduct knowledge Fixed Income, OTC, Swaps, Equity, DerivativesStrong analytical skillsEnsure error free and timely daily support/ deliverablesEnsure timely resolution of breaks / issuesgood knowledge on Corporate Actions, and Reference Data Management

You’re Profile:Preferred Bachelors, Masters, or Chartered Accountant2-8 years experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets Industry with min 2+yrs work experience in reconciliationPreferred knowledge on BBG, TLM, Geneva & Enfusion added advantage Should be flexible for all shiftExperience in working across country lines and operating in a global, multinational organization, ideally in a matrix structureDemonstrable accomplishments relating to organizational change activities in a fast-paced environmentWilling to work in fast paced dynamic industryPositive attitude, team player, pro-active and ready to accept challengesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
