Job Title: Business Analyst – ServiceNow Identity & Access Management (IAM)Experience Required: 4+ years (including minimum 2 years in ServiceNow IAM)Location: Hyderbad,Bangalore,Pune,NoidaEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in ServiceNow and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, and ensuring alignment with IAM best practices.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and use cases for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in ServiceNow.- Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements related to personal and service accounts.- Distinguish between privileged and non-privileged accounts, and manage human-to-system and system-to-system identities.- Work closely with ServiceNow developers to ensure IAM functionalities are effectively implemented and integrated.- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.- Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.- Support continuous improvement and process optimization within IAM and ServiceNow modules.- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across business and technology teams.Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of overall experience as a Software Business Analyst.- 2+ years of hands-on experience working on ServiceNow IAM or related Identity Management applications.- Solid understanding of ServiceNow functionality, database structure, and APIs.- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts—including management of personal/service accounts, privilege levels, and access governance.- Familiarity with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, UNIX, iSeries, and databases.- Proven ability in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Preferred Certifications- Business Analysis Certifications:- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)- Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)- Security Certifications (Optional):- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)Optional / Additional Skills- Experience in developing or configuring ServiceNow applications (2+ years preferred).- Exposure to ITSM or ITOM modules is a plus.Key SkillsServiceNow | Business Analysis | IAM | Active Directory | Agile | CBAP | CCBA | CISM | CISA
