Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in South Delhi. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflows and staff coordination. Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing food and beverage services, and ensuring high standards of quality and service. The role also involves handling customer interactions, resolving complaints, and contributing to the restaurant's overall success. Qualifications Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Strong Communication skills for clear coordination with staff and effective customer interaction. Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and practices to maintain quality and efficiency. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively. Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage. Degree or coursework in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
