Knowledge and experience in Labour Laws:- Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Maternity Act,Bonus Act, Shop, Act, Factories Act, Professional Tax ,Employment Exchange Act,Contract labour Act, Payment of gratuity Act.- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledgeof Excel and skills.- Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of ahigh level of confidentiality.

 Education and Experience:- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, or Law orOrganization Development.- Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations andongoing community involvement, preferred.
