The role is responsible for ensuringstrong financial governance, regulatory compliance (RBI/NBFC-MFIguidelines), efficient fund management, and sustainable financial growth.The CFO will work closely with the Board and CEO to drive theorganization’s long-term financial performance.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned withbusiness goals.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for portfoliogrowth.Provide financial insights to the Board/Management for decision-making.2. Regulatory Compliance & GovernanceEnsure 100% compliance with RBI, NBFC-MFI regulations, statutoryguidelines, and internal policies.Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.Ensure accurate and timely submission of RBI returns and compliancereports.3. Financial Reporting & ControlsManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IND-AS.Strengthen internal control mechanisms to avoid operational andfinancial risks.Maintain transparency and accuracy in accounting & reporting systems.4. Fund Management & TreasuryManage
