Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai at IREIE. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, and presenting business proposals to potential investors.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of real estate investment trends and practices
  • Tamil and English is Mandatory. Hindi will be an Advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CRM are a plus
