Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of visually engaging content for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns, as well as print materials including brochures and banners.
Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and content developers to deliver design projects that are consistent with the company's branding strategy.
Develop basic illustrations, icons, and infographics to support digital marketing efforts and brand-building activities.
Ensure consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Stay informed of current design trends and industry best practices, applying fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
Organize and manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.
Assist in presenting design concepts to stakeholders and integrate feedback into final deliverables.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Design Software:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Digital Tools:
Familiarity with Canva and a basic understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
Typography & Layout:
A solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and composition.
Project Management:
Experience with task management tools like Trello or Asana for effective project tracking and collaboration.
Soft Skills:
Keen attention to detail, strong communication abilities, a willingness to learn, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio : A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects is mandatory.
