The Opportunity:

We're in search of a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help us create visually appealing designs tailored to our community of sports enthusiasts. As a Jr. Graphic Designer, the candidate will have the exciting opportunity to merge their passion for sports with their creative talent, producing engaging designs that resonate deeply with our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and effective designs for Playo’s marketing and branding campaigns
  • across digital, social, outdoor and print media channels
  • Adapt campaign creatives, as per the guidelines set by the concept creatives, for marketing channels such as in-app banners, social media posts, ads, emails, standees, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across creatives and media channels
  • Design and adapt creatives for Playo giveaway merchandise
  • Design and build the Playo newsletter for Playo users and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and relevant
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are sent within set timelines


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer in a B2C brand
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and relevant AI tools
  • Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense with an eye for detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated - you thrive in taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
  • Ability to convert creative concepts to final design in a short span of time
  • Visual editing, illustrations, motion graphics and animation skills would be an added advantage
