on-site role for a Business Operations - Store Lead at Simply Phoolish in South Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing projects and sales, and utilizing their analytical skills to improve business efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Required

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsUnderstanding of e-commerce (retail or FnB) operations (inventory management, order processing and delivery) and daily MIS reporting for store related sub tasks.Keep the team motivated and aligned with the company's short and long term goals.Prepare and analyse operational reports weekly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes in the store workflowStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within tight deadlinesExperience in e-commerce,floral or FnB industry is a plusEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and conciselyBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulationsOversee visual merchandising and ensure that the store is consistently well-maintained and visually appealingEnsure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition
