Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:As a Digital Marketing Specialist for our LED screen rental company, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our rental services. You will leverage various digital channels and tactics to reach our target audience, including website optimization, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Your goal is to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote LED screen rental services, targeting event planners, businesses, and organizations.2. Manage the company's online presence, including website content updates, SEO optimization, and performance tracking to improve visibility and organic traffic.3. Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and case studies, highlighting the benefits and applications of LED screens for events.4. Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.5. Design and launch targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote special offers, and communicate company updates to subscribers.6. Implement paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions, monitoring performance and optimizing ad spend.7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts, including website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, email open rates, and campaign ROI.8. Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives.9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, incorporating relevant innovations into our strategies and tactics.10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.2. Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on B2B or B2C marketing for technology, events, or related industries.3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics platforms.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels and audiences.5. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.8. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.9. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.10.
