Our mission is to deliver best-in-class capabilities that empower our partners and portfolio companies to thrive by anticipating their needs.Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, React, and Microsoft Azure, and will have a proven track record of delivering robust, high-performance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications.Implement RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Python.Develop dynamic user interfaces and reusable front-end components using React.Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to coding best practices.Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of both front-end and back-end systems.Troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently.Stay current with emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.Technical Skills and ExperienceMandatory:10+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years with Python and React.Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.).Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React ecosystem.Proficiency in back-end development using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs in microservices architectures.Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB).Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.Desirable:Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks.Experience in Agile development environments.Non-Technical SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Adaptability to changing technologies and business needs.Capacity to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).Certifications in Azure or full-stack development are an advantage.Why Join UsAt Revantage, you’ll work on innovative, cutting-edge projects that impact global businesses.
