Our mission is to deliver best-in-class capabilities that empower our partners and portfolio companies to thrive by anticipating their needs.Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, React, and Microsoft Azure, and will have a proven track record of delivering robust, high-performance solutions.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications.- Implement RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Python.- Develop dynamic user interfaces and reusable front-end components using React.- Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to coding best practices.- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of both front-end and back-end systems.- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently.- Stay current with emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.Technical Skills and ExperienceMandatory:- 10+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years with Python and React.- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.).- Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React ecosystem.- Proficiency in back-end development using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs in microservices architectures.- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB).- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.Desirable:- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks.- Experience in Agile development environments.Non-Technical Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.- Adaptability to changing technologies and business needs.- Capacity to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.Education- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).- Certifications in Azure or full-stack development are an advantage.Why Join UsAt Revantage, you’ll work on innovative, cutting-edge projects that impact global businesses.
