Senior Manager - HRBP

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR solutions that drive business performance and foster employee engagement. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.Partner with business leaders to identify and address employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal compliance.Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop programs to enhance organizational culture.Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluations.Analyze HR metrics to assess trends and develop solutions for continuous improvement.Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members to support their professional development.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).12+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience in handling night shift or international shift employees is a plus.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Perks and Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health insurance and wellness programs.Professional development and training opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.--Regards,
