Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile Chief of Staff to support the Managing Partner in all aspects of business operations. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Partner and internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders Organize, maintain, and streamline documentation including contracts, shipping documents, insurance policies, and compliance paperwork -Coordinate with internal departments including trading, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on priorities Track and follow up on key deliverables, deadlines, and action items across the organization -Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism ## Requirements 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment Prior experience in a trading firm, import/export business, or commodity trading is highly preferred Experience working in the unorganised sector and ability to navigate informal business environments Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory Experience working with senior leadership or C-suite executives - Willingness to work flexible hours # Skills & Attributes Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email management, and modern productivity tools Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented High level of discretion and confidentiality Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Quick learner with a dynamic and adaptable mindset
