Job Description
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Business Development Manager - Global to lead our advertiser acquisition initiatives within the Indian market. This is a pivotal role, exclusively focused on forging new advertiser partnerships and driving significant revenue growth in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

The Role
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global Sales & Marketing Director in delivering the organisation's marketing strategy. This role requires exceptional written and spoken English, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create and oversee the production of compelling marketing content and collateral. The successful candidate will also manage the organisation's social media channels, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned output. Highly organised and creative, they will coordinate internal and external resources to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Duties and Responsibilities: Optimise Marketing Manager
Collateral Creation and Delivery
- Manage the creation and production of brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, and other promotional collateral to equip sales teams.
- Effectively collaborate with teams to capture requirements from sales, product and marketing to ensure appropriate output.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and USPs and effectively articulate and position these to resonate with target audiences.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to deliver assets on time and to a high standard.
- Sign off sales collateral from both a content and design perspective, ensuing it meets our high standards and accurately positions our USPs and KSPs.
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and proof high-quality marketing copy for digital and print channels.
- Develop content calendars and production plans to support campaigns and brand objectives.
- Generate ideas and develop video content and imagery to support campaigns in plan.
- Ensure all content and collateral are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
Campaign Delivery, Oversight & Coordination
- Create plans and calendars for collateral production, campaigns assets and social media
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Support the sales team with campaign materials and lead-generation activities.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow the organisation's social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and oversee engaging content tailored to each channel.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and reach.
- Monitor performance analytics and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and digital best practice.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate team members and external agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
Performance Director Person Specification
We're looking for someone who:
- Outstanding written and spoken English, with a flair for creating engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in managing and growing social media channels.
- Skilled in signing off marketing collateral, with both design and content sensibility.
- Proven ability to plan and manage content production and campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media and management tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with experience of working across teams and with external partners.
- Previous experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role (ideally in a global or B2B environment).
- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised with a focus on delivering results to deadlines
- Passionate about brand consistency, storytelling, and digital engagement.
- Has strong knowledge of digital marketing disciplines and how the affiliate channel fits within the mix
