About You We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager  who brings a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Civil Infrastructure, Construction or Mining/Resources  and is ready to hit the ground running. You’ll also bring: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management. Proven success managing hard dollar contracts, structural concrete, and civil works. Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A detail-oriented mindset and pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. Ideally, you’re Gladstone-based — or willing to relocate. Your Key Responsibilities Lead project planning and execution with confidence. Collaborate closely with Aestec Management to align goals and deliverables. Oversee and manage client relationships to ensure expectations around safety, quality, schedule, and cost are exceeded. Manage compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. Coordinate resources — people, materials, subcontractors, and equipment — to ensure program and budget alignment. Lead investigations and reporting of incidents as required. Monitor and manage quality assurance processes and performance improvement. Safeguard company interests through effective contract and operational leadership.
