Role & responsibilities

Project Management & Execution Oversight:

  • Monitor and supervise all site activities related to civil works, electrical works, mechanical works and balance of plant, commissioning, .
  • Ensure project execution aligns with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and approved drawings.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.

Schedule & Cost Management:

  • Track project progress against approved schedules and budgets.
  • Identify potential delays or cost overruns and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of bottlenecks impacting project milestones.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Coordinate daily site operations ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling of project activities in collaboration with project managers and contractors.
  • Monitor site progress and report updates regularly to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain comprehensive site records including daily progress reports, material receipts details, necessary approvals record and quality documentation.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting critical issues and resolutions to the project manager.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained as per contractual and statutory requirements.
