Primary Responsibilities:

3 to 6 yrs. Experience in Experience in Electrical/EMI domain. Experience in Certification, Qualification & Testing and documentation and coordination of qual/cert activities. Experience in DO-254 processes and documentation, Procedures and Testing Writing and reviewing qualification documents (QTP, QTR, Similarity and Analysis Reports, etc.), review customer requirements for qualification. Ensures compliance with customer, industry, company and regulatory specifications and requirements. Working knowledge in electrical component, testing, certification & qualification (Actuators, power supply, Lighting, IFE, peripheral module) Perform system safety analysis and LRU safety analysis per Boeing / Airbus Specification Creations of Electrical Integration test plan / reports as per standards Good understanding of EMI/EMC requirements, interpreting Test results and creation of EMI/EMC reports as per DO-254, Boeing & Airbus standards Create FMEA reports for all electrical components - at board and system level. Understanding of grounding and bonding requirements of system and make related calculations and report Understanding of environmental qualification requirements and creation of qualification test plan & reports. Working knowledge on reliability analysis (stress, de rating, FMEA, etc) Perform electrical load analysis calculations Have expert understanding on Electrical wiring diagram, schematic diagram, and wire harness Having working knowledge of change management (ECN process) and PLM tools (TCE) Good to have Design knowledge of electrical components – Analog, digital, power supply. Good to have experience in component selection for safety device.

Basic Qualifications:

3 to 8 years of experience in Aerospace Electrical/Electronic Qualification & certification activities. B.E in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
