Roles and Responsibilities :


We are looking for a Hands-on Python Engineering Lead who will play a pivotal role in the architecture, design, and implementation of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering principles, the ability to write complex and efficient code, and a strong aptitude for solving business problems through technology.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and robust software solutions using Python.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.


- Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code, and perform code reviews to ensure coding standards are met.


- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of applications.


- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.


- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and system design.


- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the team.


Required Qualifications :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- Extensive experience as a software engineer with a strong focus on Python development.


- Proven expertise in software architecture and design principles.


- Strong understanding of engineering concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.


- Ability to write complex and optimized code, with a focus on performance and scalability.


- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and modern infrastructure.


- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex business challenges through

technology.


- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior engineers.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) and their integration with back-end services.


- Knowledge of data engineering and experience with big data technologies.


- Previous experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry.


- Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant technical fields.
