Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Python applications and solutions
- Drive the development of best practices, coding standards, and technical documentation to ensure high-quality and maintainable code
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the development process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks to ensure the timely delivery of projects
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Python development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.) and libraries
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance Python applications
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code reviews
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
