Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Land Acquisition Specialist. The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable land for renewable energy projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, liaising with landowners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support project development and land acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Land Acquisition and Land Development
  • Strong Contract Negotiation skills
  • Knowledgeable in conducting Due Diligence
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
