Analytics Clouds is a dynamic and fast-growing organization focused on building engaging digital experiences for our audience. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and amplify our brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, text, graphics) tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to innovate campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance.
  • Support influencer partnerships and community-building initiatives.
  • Assist in content calendar planning and campaign rollouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting, graphic design, and video editing skills (tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and deadline-driven attitude.
