Job Description:

As a Placement Coordinator for Bihar and Jharkhand, you will be responsible for facilitating the placement of individuals into suitable employment opportunities within the specified region or outside state. Your role will involve collaborating with employers, and government agencies to ensure successful placements for our trained students.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Employer Engagement:

·      Actively engage with local and regional employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

·      Develop partnerships with companies across various sectors to create employment opportunities for candidates.

2.    Placement Management:

·      Match candidates with suitable job openings based on their qualifications and preferences.

·      Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers, and provide necessary follow-up support.

·      Ensure smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates, including necessary documentation and orientation.

3.    Data Management and Reporting:

·      Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, job placements, and employer partnerships.

·      Generate reports on placement activities, outcomes, and trends for internal and external stakeholders.

4.    Community Outreach and Networking:

·      Represent the organization at Job fairs, networking events, and industry forums to promote placement services.

·      Collaborate with local community organizations and government agencies to expand outreach efforts and support job seekers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, placement services, or human resource management is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local labor market trends and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and database management.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to achieving placement targets.

  • This position may require travel within Bihar and Jharkhand regions.
