Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Phlebotomist, located in Coimbatore with some work from home capability. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for daily blood collection, ensuring proper labelling and handling of specimens, and maintaining accurate records. The role includes preparing patients for procedures, explaining the process, and maintaining a sterile environment. The candidate will also collaborate with medical staff and ensure compliance with medical standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology
  • Understanding of Medicine-related protocols and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards
  • Relevant certification or licensure in Phlebotomy
  • Experience in a medical or clinical laboratory setting is a plus
