More details as below.Experience: 8+ yearsWork Location: India (Remote)Contract Period: 3 months, extendableShift : 5 am to 2 pm ISTRequirements :- Minimum 5 years of hands-on project experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations each in Recruiting AND Onboarding modules.- Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB).- Good knowledge of integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting AND Onboarding is required- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project environments.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
