Location Offshore IndiaJob Title/ Role: Success Factors Recruitment Management (RCM) Functional ConsultantJob Summary: SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) expert who has have 8+ years of experience SAP/ Success Factor experience and atleast 3 full life cycle implementation. The candidate will have the ability to gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) >Roles and Responsibilities: The Consultant will have the following broad responsibilities:• Provide high-level solution design and integration dessign• Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.• Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables• Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture• Lead design workshops with the client.• Provide impact assessment for Quarterly Releases• Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors>Role Demands:• Excellence in analytical problem solvingExcellence in techno-business and analysis to address customer problems, quick analytical thinking, and able to have focused energy in transforming the requirements into solutions.• Excellent communication skillsPolished verbal and written communication style. Experience of working in multi country project will be advantage.o To provide expertise in configuring Recruiting in terms of global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizationso Strong understanding of Recruiting Data models JRDM, CPT, CDM and Offer Detailso Strong expertise in Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization Structure, Job Structures Management, Route Maps, Applicant Status set configuration, business rules configurations , Job Applicationso Strong expertise in picklist, email notifications, offer letter templates, Translations updateso Custom help text, system notificationso Strong expertise in concept of Recruiting operators..o Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions.o Should have extensively worked in XML.o Ability to use CPE, CAS as requiredo Worked on Interview central, Interview Scheduleo Excellent written ad verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writingo Must have worked Instance Synco Ability to work on EC/ Onb integration/ Position Managemento Worked on in bound and out bound interfaces for RCMo Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.o Experience with building data migration strategy and data management activities in SFo Have worked on end to end testing cycle. Worked in SIT and UAT testing cycleo Should have good knowledge in writing RCM test scripts and integration test scriptso Experience in automation of test scripts will be advantage
