Location: India (Pune / Mumbai)


Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing and executing employee benefits programs tailored to meet the unique requirements of our workforce in India and other countries globally, including but not limited to the USA, Canada, Costa Rica, Germany, Switzerland, UAE, and Singapore. This individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop, implement, and manage competitive benefits offerings that support employee well-being, engagement, and retention.


Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Head of Total Rewards to develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and the diverse needs of employees across different regions.

Conduct regular market research and benchmarking analyses to ensure that our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant with local regulations and industry standards in each country of operation.

Design, customize, and optimize employee benefits packages to address the unique cultural, legal, and economic considerations of each country, ensuring alignment with company values and budgetary requirements.

Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other related benefits across multiple jurisdictions.

Stay abreast of changes in local laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to employee benefits in each country and ensure that our benefits programs adhere to all statutory obligations and reporting obligations.

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options, enrollment procedures, and other related matters, leveraging various channels to ensure maximum engagement and understanding.

Act as a point of contact for employees’ benefits queries, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.

Identify and implement process improvements in the benefits administration process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Partner with external benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to evaluate service offerings, and ensure the delivery of high-quality benefits solutions that meet the needs of our global workforce.

Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations to review benefits-related metrics, trends, and analysis.


Skills and Attributes Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration, or Total Rewards management, preferably in an IT organization.

Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in different countries.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends or discrepancies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
