Role Description (multiple positions): Please note, this is more than just a job posting. This is an opportunity posting, which holds high promise for rapid growth from a Marketing Trainee position to a Head of Marketing position in no time if you can prove yourself with the right skills and mindset, energy, confidence, output (i.E. results). This is going to be an in-field full-time position in the beginning, until at a point when our growth will require this role to assume in-office responsibilities in the future. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the business rapidly in your area, province, and in India. PLEASE NOTE, YOU SHOULD ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY AND WILLING TO WORK ONSITE AT RETAIL LOCATIONS. (PLAZA, MALL, SHOPPING CENTRE ETC). Key Responsibilities: ● Explain and provide demos of the product/app to potential stores/shops in your area. ● On-board stores/shops on the app; Build and maintain relationships with them. ● Prepare and deliver presentations to company officials, partners, and other stakeholders. ● Provide timely updates, reports, and insights to the management team regarding opportunities and challenges from daily activities. ● Actively build networks and foster relationships that support organizational growth. Preferred Candidate Profile: ● Strong marketing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ● Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel, proactive, professional, and eager to grow with the organization.
